No prior installation of Tekla Structural Designer is required. File Saving - enhancements are made to the process for dealing with possible model data corruption, hence minimising potential for lost work. As shown in the picture below, when an error is detected the user is now presented with a number of action options, which cater for the potential situations of the model. We strongly recommend always choosing an action and then OK, not Cancel to continue working with the potentially corrupted file (TSD-2801): Where an Autosave file exists, the top option will be available and is the recommended choice. If a previously saved version of the file exists, the second option will be available (whether or not an Autosave file exists) listing the last previous save of the model.
