By implementing recognition programs and opportunities for growth, as well as regularly measuring their satisfaction, I was able to successfully retain and motivate a dedicated team of customer service representatives.6. How do you prioritize and allocate resources to ensure that customer service goals are met, and what metrics do you use to track progress? As a customer service manager, my top priority is to ensure that customer service goals are met by prioritizing and allocating resources effectively. To do this, I first identify the key performance indicators (KPIs) that are most important for measuring success. First, I look at customer satisfaction ratings. By measuring and tracking customer feedback, I am able to identify areas that need improvement and allocate resources accordingly. For example, if our customer satisfaction ratings are low for a particular product or service, I might allocate more resources towards training customer service representatives on that product or service. Second, I examine response times. By tracking how long it takes for our customer service team to respond to inquiries and issues, I can allocate resources to improve response times where there are bottlenecks. This could mean hiring more customer service representatives, implementing new technologies to streamline processes, or adjusting schedules to ensure that we have the appropriate coverage during peak hours. Lastly, I look at escalation rates. This metric helps me identify issues that might require additional support or resources. For example, if there is a consistent increase in customer escalations related to a specific product or service, I might allocate more resources towards conducting research on how to resolve those issues more effectively.By tracking these KPIs, I can make informed decisions about how to allocate resources to ensure that we deliver high-quality customer service. For instance, in my previous role as a customer service manager at XYZ Company, I implemented new training programs for our representatives that resulted in a 15% increase in customer satisfaction scores and a 30% decrease in escalation rates. This shows that with the right metrics and resources, it is possible to achieve significant improvements in customer service performance.7.

Windows Defender on Win10 draws from the same malware research as everyone else does, and isn't any worse than any other after-the-fact security blanket you can buy. Are you looking at the private working set memory that ksp_x64.exe is using on both systems? I imagine Win10 manages memory considerably differently than Win7 does, and on a game that can use 4 GB just on startup it's going to feel a squeeze on an 8 GB system. More RAM might be the easiest solution. I run a considerably modded KSP myself, and it does use a fair bit of RAM; 8 GB on a 32 GB system after a few hours. I also use MemGraph notably, which can allocate additional heap space to reduce the stuttering that happens when KSP does heap garbage collection. Maybe try that if you want to allocate more RAM to KSP and have it disk-swap less.. Me from Allocate on PC. 2015-05-31, 09:07 PM #1 Mechagnome So I played WoW for almost 10 years up until a few months ago. I did get WoD, but I only played it for a couple of weeks before circumstances prevented me from playing. I'm itching something awful to play again, but I can't allocate money or time to WoW like I used to be able to, so I'm looking for some alternatives, preferably something free or that doesn't have a sub fee (I do have GW2, but I haven't tried it since launch). It would also be nice to play something I can do for 30 minutes or an hour a day and still be enjoyable. Anyone have suggestions? 2015-05-31, 09:19 PM #2 The Insane 2015-05-31, 09:19 PM #3 The Patient Well, it really depends on what kind of MMO you are looking for. Sandbox, action, hotkey. Here’s why setting reasonable time estimates is so important:1. Avoid Overcommitment: When you have a clear idea of how long each task will take, you’re less likely to overcommit and overload your schedule. By setting realistic expectations, you prevent the stress and frustration that come from constantly feeling behind and overwhelmed.2. Prioritize effectively: Accurate time estimates help you prioritize tasks more effectively. You can identify which tasks are urgent and require immediate attention, allowing you to focus on what matters most. This enables you to make informed decisions about where to allocate your time and energy.3. Plan Buffer Time: By setting reasonable time estimates, you also give yourself some buffer time. This extra time allows for unexpected delays or interruptions that may arise during the completion of a task. Having this buffer time built into your schedule helps you stay on track and minimizes the risk of falling behind. When setting time estimates for each task, consider factors such as complexity, resources required, potential interruptions, and your own past experience with similar tasks. It’s also helpful to break tasks down into smaller, more manageable chunks and track your time to gain insights into your productivity patterns.By setting reasonable time estimates, you can effectively manage your time, reduce stress, and increase your productivity. Remember, it’s better to allocate more time for a task and finish early than to underestimate and end up rushing or compromising quality.Schedule Buffer Time for Unexpected EventsYou, my friend, are a go-getter. You’ve got goals, dreams, and a burning desire to make things happen. And I respect that. But let me tell you something: life doesn’t always go according to plan. Things are bound to pop up that you can’t predict or control. And if you don’t have a plan in place to handle these unexpected events, you’re setting yourself up for missed deadlines, ineffective scheduling, and unnecessary stress. That’s where buffer time comes in. Buffer time in the 15-Minute Rule for Time Management is the secret weapon of productive people who

On my RTX3080. Also, if you have a G-Sync monitor, I wonder if G-Sync disabled vs enabled would make a difference. Another thing you could try is using the Nvidia Max FPS setting to lower FPS. If you're using G-Sync when you do this, also enable Vsync in the NVCP and then disable it in your games/apps.EDIT: But I guess if MSI Afterburner fails to run...as per your point 11... We have to wonder how much testing these RTX5000 cards, with their firmware and drivers, actually got? I actually heard a rumor that some AIB's had as little as two days to complete their engineering samples. Others only had two weeks, which is still crazy. For some reason, Nvidia appears to have rushed these chips out the door. Last time that happened was the 14th gen Raptor Lake. And we all know how that firmware story ended. #9 Makes me wonder if all the senior R&D + Testers just up and left. Last time I had issues like this, was in 2012... K5000 and K20 super computer node for a Maximus 2.0 rendering workstation. I had simultaneous conversations going with Intel, nVidia, ASUS and PNY. The amount of microcode updates, BIOS, vBIOS and other tweaks I had to perform over the course of a month I never want to do again.Back then, it was the GPU Memory BAR that was the [***CENSORED***]. Couldn't allocate the full 256MB on boot and only booted 1/4 times. PNY gave me firmware to test which dropped it back to 128MB while they resolved the issue (which wasn't theirs). Came down to Asus not learning from an article about microcode MS had developed in 2006 on how to allocate out memory at boot... They were used to pushing out consumer grade GPU memory allocations, so a workstation card confounded the board. Motherboard microcode updates were pushed out over the course of six months and it largely resolved the issue. #10 Makes me wonder if all the senior R&D + Testers just up and. Me from Allocate on PC.
