We did not care for the payment process...we had 2 different price breakdowns, one with Whimstay and one with Scenic Stays. Ultimately, it was for the same amount of money, but it was very confusing so we just paid it in full early so we didn't have to think about it anymore. Also, Whimstay's description included chairs and umbrella (which is one of the reasons we chose this location), but Scenic Stays stated it was not included in their description and that we would have to rent them. Very disappointing. Otherwise, we trust we will enjoy the vacation as it is much needed. LOVE Whimstay, my good friend works here and always has nothing but positive things to say about the company, their colleagues, and the work they do. Sounds like a great place to work where they truly care about empowering their clients. we stayed at Apple Blossom#10 on March 10 and 11th very dissapointed. the hot tub was dirty had to be drained and cleaned we could not use it on the first night. the bed looked had it had not been cleaned and sheets were messed up. the cabin needs work. so far no co,pensation from Whimstay or Eden Crest. Even called support several times. Someone finally showed up several days later and couldn’t fix it.
